Terms of Service

vetkar is an information service. It helps you find veterinary clinics in Delhi NCR and lets you keep your pet's records. vetkar is not a veterinary clinic, does not employ vets, and does not provide veterinary care.

vetkar does not diagnose your pet, prescribe treatment, or replace a vet. Search suggestions, including AI-assisted ones, only help you find a kind of clinic or service to look for.

If your pet may be in an emergency, call a clinic straight away. Don't wait for search results or rely on vetkar to judge how urgent something is.

Clinic details such as hours, services, fees and ratings come from clinics and public sources. They can be incomplete, out of date or wrong. Where we don't have information, we say so; that doesn't mean the clinic doesn't offer the service.

Please contact the clinic to check hours, services, availability and fees before you visit. We don't guarantee the quality of any clinic or vet, and we don't recommend one over another as a substitute for your own judgement.

Any appointment, treatment or payment is between you and the clinic. vetkar is not a party to it and is not responsible for the clinic's services, prices or conduct.

• You must be 18 or older and give accurate information.
• Keep your password safe. You're responsible for activity under your account.
• Tell us promptly if you think someone else has accessed your account.
• You can delete your account at any time from the Account page.

You own the records you add. You give us permission to store and display them to you, and to anyone you choose to share them with. If you create a share link, anyone with the link can view what you shared until it expires or you turn it off. Keep the information you enter accurate; don't rely on vetkar as your only copy of important medical records.

Please don't:

• Break the law or use vetkar to harm animals or people.
• Scrape, copy or resell clinic data or ratings from vetkar in bulk.
• Try to get into accounts, systems or data you aren't allowed to access.
• Upload content that is unlawful, abusive or infringes someone else's rights.
• Post false or misleading information about a clinic.

If you represent a clinic and give us information, you confirm that it's accurate and that you're allowed to share it. We may show it on vetkar and label it as provided by the clinic.

The vetkar name, logo, design and software belong to us or our licensors. You may use the service for your own non-commercial purposes but may not copy or reuse it otherwise without our written permission. Ratings and clinic details belong to their respective sources.

vetkar is in closed beta. Features may change, and the service may be unavailable from time to time. We may suspend or end accounts that break these terms.

We provide vetkar “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss or harm that results from relying on information on vetkar, from a clinic's services, or from the service being unavailable. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

We may update these terms. If we make a significant change, we'll update the date on this page. Using vetkar after a change means you accept the new terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Delhi have jurisdiction over any dispute, subject to any rights you have under consumer protection law.
